Representative Coghill moved that the House rescind previous action                                 
in failing to pass on reconsideration (page 417):                                                   
                                                                                                    
     CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 46(FIN)                                                                  
     "An Act relating to grants to certain public utilities for water                               
     quality enhancement projects and water supply and wastewater                                   
     systems."                                                                                      
                                                                                                    
Representative Kerttula objected.                                                                   
                                                                                                    
Representative Rokeberg placed a call of the House.                                                 
                                                                                                    
The call was satisfied.
